The Collaboration
Boat's cofounder Aman Gupta reached out to us to work to deliver a premium experience to the users. We worked to redesign the app, focusing on aligning journeys with users' mental models for a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. The Google Play Store ratings post release of the new app saw a considerable improvement from before and stand at 4.4+ now.
